Sacrament of Anointing / Sacrament of the Sick

Call the rectory to schedule a visit. Scheduling Guidelines and Suggestions

  1. 1. That as the number of priests decline, we will not always be available for immediate response to emergencies since this duty is added on to our ordinary pastoral schedule (e.g. The priest may be in the middle of a funeral, wedding, or mass).
  2. 2. If you are going to the hospital for scheduled surgery and would like to celebrate the sacrament of the sick, it would be better to schedule it several days before going to the hospital because a priest may not be available at the hospital.
  3. 3. If you are going to the hospital and would like a pastoral visit, please let us know at the rectory, and when you register in admitting, please ask them to list you as a parishioner of St. Luke's, and that you would like to receive pastoral care.
