Consultation Session on the Challenges Facing Family Life Pope Francis has announced an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops on the topic "Pastoral Challenges to the Family in the Context of Evangelization" and has asked for a broad consultation from across the global Church to help guide that meeting.
